On Halloween Atelier Ingeborg Steenhorst opened its doors to the first installment of Atelier Sessions, an event that brings together fashion design and music and other forms of art.
For the first session the guest artists were: make up artist Eva Brunklaus, and progressive rock band Scarlet Stories who performed in their acoustic line-up (singer and guitarist) accompanied by violinist Sophie Ansems.
Ingeborg Steenhorst has proven over the years that combining the different fields of art creates an all encompassing experience for the audience, capturing their attention and never letting it go. That Halloween night was no different. Eva Brunklaus' makeup on singer Lisette van den Berg accentuated the eerie feeling that she creates with her songs. In a mix of Scarlet Stories and Nigtmare Before Christmas music and visuals, the audience was enchanted.
Highlight of the gig: Bram te Kamp's performance on The Tell Tale Heart, who managed to make this amazing song even more amazing.
